It's been 14 years since we made the commitment to 'Forever and a Day'.
With it has come the best- and some of the hardest-years and 1000’s of memories made. Today we celebrate our love, commitment and family.
I’m so grateful for marrying the man I did, first he intrigued me, then he captivated me. Together we have grown, changed and supported one another in life’s ebbs and flows, in our dreams and in our visions. I’m eternally grateful for our Father God who makes the commitment so much greater.
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. For if one falls down, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to help him up! Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone? And though one may be overpowered, two can resist. Moreover, a cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Each year, as I look ahead, I ask the Lord what lesson, “theme,” or prophetic word He has in store for us as a couple. I’ve been doing this for many years, and I find it deeply life-giving to see how God does exactly what He says He will do throughout the year.
To us!
